Her boyfriend Mitch (Moses Storm) wants a little bit of fun and Blaire starts to strip off.
At first I thought oh here we go, the typical random tit shot of the film but before Blaire has the chance to show her boyfriend the goods, they're interrupted by their friends on videocall along with a yet unknown assailant who isn't on camera.
As they try figuring out what's going on on the date of their friend's suicide (which was filmed and put on the internet after video went viral showing the girl passed out drunk having pissed herself and what looked like possibly shat herself) the unknown person starts speaking to them.
And they want to play a game in which the loser dies.
The film all takes place through Blaire's computer screen. We see everything she clicks on and sometimes that can be quite annoying as she hovers over things for a few seconds as if to say to the viewer "LOOK HERE NOW".
Fun little easter egg: One of her Chrome tabs show MTV: Teen Wolf in which the actress stars.
As everything unfolds, it turns out the group of friends all hold secrets from each other, some worse than others.
They argue and one by one are killed.
From there I was thinking what will be the reveal at the end of the film? Will it be just a prank one of their friends are doing to make the others tell their secrets? Is it an unknown person somehow related to the dead girl and is basically bullying these friends thanks to all having their parts in bullying the girl? Or has the dead girl actually returned for vengeance?
Well, spoiler alert, sort of ......
It's the worst possible type of ending you can think of.
Let's just say at least one of those endings are debunked early on.
I was having fun with the film though I guess but they could have made it so much more. It was well paced and to be honest well acted. It's a shame it didn't have more like with a similar film "The Den" which is much MUCH better.
In all it's worth a one off watch if you're bored and have nothing else to watch instead.
And it just goes to show, don't be a dick, especially to your friends.
5/10
